Grievance Adalat: Public Adalats conducted by the Chairperson or the Municipal Secretary provide immediate redressal.

2. Online Portals

K-Smart: Citizens can register and track complaints online through the official K-Smart portal or mobile app.

CMO Portal: Complaints submitted through the Chief Minister's Grievance Redressal Portal are forwarded to the municipality for action.

3. Local Government Ombudsman

Complaints regarding corruption, irregularities or other maladministration by municipal officials can be submitted to the Local Government Ombudsman.

4. Local Self Government Tribunal

Administrative appeals such as denial of building permits or business licenses can be filed in the LSG Tribunal.

5. Citizens’ Rights Register

If services are not provided within the specified time frame, citizens can file a complaint directly
